10k RACE SPECTATORS
We highly recommend that you come to the Park with your athletes for the race start to see your athletes off and then move to the finish line area to cheer them on as they run down the finisher chute.

13.1-mile HALF MARATHON SPECTATORS.
We highly recommend that you come to the Park with your athletes for the race start to see your athletes off. Once the race starts, you can walk about 1/3 of a mile south on Park Blvd. to the park entrance on Hempstead Turnpike. This is just shy of the 6-mile mark for the Half Marathon athletes. You can cheer your athlete on as they run down Hempstead Turnpike towards the Wantagh Parkway. You can then walk back to the finish line and cheer on your athlete as they come down the finisher chute.

26.2-mile MARATHON SPECTATORS
We highly recommend that you come to the Park with your athletes for the race start to see your athletes off. If you want to get out on the course to cheer on your athletes after the race starts, we recommend that you park your car on the south side of Hempstead Turnpike (in the old Home Depot parking lot).
After the race starts, you can get in your car and drive to the Southern State Parkway by using Newbridge Road. You can use the Eastbound lanes of Hempstead Turnpike or East Meadow Ave. to get you to Newbridge Road. Take the Southern State Parkway West to the Meadowbrook Parkway and use Sunrise Hwy East to get you to Bellmore Ave. and cheer your athlete on as they pass mile #10. To get back to the finish line you can take Sunrise Hwy West to the Meadowbrook Parkway, and the Meadowbrook North to Hempstead Turnpike. Park your car and return to the finisher chute to cheer your athlete across the finish line!
OR
After the race starts, you can get in your car and drive to the Southern State Parkway by using Newbridge Road. From there use the Southern State to 135 and go South to Merrick Road. Go to the East Bay Diner and get some breakfast! Make sure you park your car East of Cedar Creek Park. After breakfast, you can then cheer your athlete on as they enter Cedar Creek Park just before mile #12. You can also cheer them on as they come out of Cedar Creek Park which is about mile #14. After that, get back in your car, take 135 North to the Southern State Parkway West to the Meadowbrook Parkway, and the Meadowbrook North to Hempstead Turnpike. Park your car and return to the finisher chute to cheer your athlete across the finish line!

WHATEVER YOU DO!
